Ease of delivery of the car and subsequent collection was great, hassle free. Very competitive hire costs, including addition of motorway transponder, was very convenient even though we used it only once.

Not possible to answer all your questions as the car was delivered (on time) to the hotel and the keys were left with reception at Masterkings request for collection later.
With the excellent service provided by Zest and competitive prices, why look elsewhere. I don't.

Another good experience using Zest. The actual car delivered was a large saloon rather than the estate car we requested but it was big enough to accommodate our golf equipment and Rent Car 4 less did say to contact them to arrange to change it if we found it too small for our needs.
