No major problems taken direct from the airport after a short wait Our flight was slightly delayed but meant we got to the offices after 10pm but they stayed open later enabling us to collect the car Return of the car was quickly completed Our security deposit was returned within 2 working days

Excellent procedure all round. Only fly in the ointment being the fact that it cost me an extra £130 to take out their top insurance. Because I couldn't remember the pin number for my credit card to back up the excess!!

Zest were very helpful answering a couple of questions I had by email before I went ahead and booked.
Owners Cars reasonably priced and deposits refunded before we got to the airport !
Would happily book through Zest again.

The service we received from Zest was excellent and the change of car for an automatic, arranged by Harriet, was done in a very helpful and friendly way.
This is the first time have used Zest and we will definitely be using them again in the future.
The price for the week’s hire was also a lot less expensive than other quotes we had had.

I have booked a vehicle through Zest previously and although this year the price was more expensive than some other companies, I knew what I was getting and for peace of mind was prepared to pay slightly more.

Having rented from many companies over many years I expect the worst each time I collect a rental car - a long wait on collection from often surly and commission driven staff. On this occasion a pleasant experience from very helpful staff who offered the usual extras but not pushy. Car was not mint but perfectly ok in all ways. Return procedure couldn’t be faulted. Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.
