There were a lot of dents and scratches on the car but the assistant who handed it over clearly marked this on the paperwork and explained it was not being used after the end of the season and there was no problem when we handed it back so not a problem.

We were very happy with the service received from Zest Car Rental who booked us in with Go By Car in Menorca. We have to admit we'd never heard of this company before so were a little concerned as to what condition the car might be in but we needn't have worried. We were given a free upgrade from the one we'd ordered and it had low mileage and was in excellent condition (it even had water in the windscreen wiper bottle.. a rarity in Spanish hire cars!).

Zest is undoubtedly the best car hire broker by a country mile! The hire prices are excellent and the fully inclusive additional insurance option is brilliant and avoids all hassle at the car hire firms themselves.

Easy pick up of car, shuttle bus in airport car park takes you to car hire company a few minutes away.
Have to wait in turn to collect your car but all organised and great service from the team who explain everything to you

Faultless service. Collected at airport, swift handover of car. Return again was quick with no issues. Transfer immediately to airport and no waiting around.
Needed last minute amendment and company responded immediately and sorted this with no issues. Very impressive service.
