After booking I read some negative comments about the supplier but was assured by Zest Customer Services that they had had no problems so we sent ahead. We had no issues and the staff were helpful and obliging, particularly the man who administered the return, who could not have been nicer.

I was really impressed with autos menorca. I stupidly locked the key inside the car at about 1830 one evening. Fortunately we were outside our hotel. A quick call to their office to confess resulted in me picking up a different car for that evening from a local office a 10 minute walk away. They delivered the spare key (that had been on the other side of the islabd) for our original car at 1030 the following morning. This hassle free service was exceptional and I was very grateful for it. I will be using them again.

The shuttle bus to and from the airport was on the small side and there was a crowd of people waiting for it when it came on our arrival in Mahon. But they were working from a list and gave us priority as we were next in line. So it worked well for us. But I think they could do with a bigger bus or more than one perhaps.
After returning the vehicle I'm pleased to say it was very quick and efficient and we got straight on the shuttle bus so it was very good.

The car was great, new and a self charge hybrid so cheaper on the fuel.

Excellent service by Autos Menorca. We did photograph some scratches on drivers door on collection and they readily accepted that we were not liable. Refund of petrol deposit made immediately.
