Centauro is under staffed so pick up and return is quite slow but quality of cars is excellent and we've never had any problems, so will continue to use Zest and Centauro

Excellent customer care, no hidden costs, no pushy staff member trying to sell extra cover, very quick pick up and drop off to and from airport, would highly recommend and will 100% be using again.

Excellent service. My only comment on the pick-up of the vehicle is that it is not clear where you have to go to get the vehicle at Palma airport in Mallorca after leaving the Record Go office. More signposting or a little map would have helped.
That aside, the vehicle was brilliant, a Toyota Cross hybrid with only 1,700 Km on the clock.
Would definitely book through Zest again when hiring abroad.

Zest's car hire prices fluctuate almost daily but I eventually secured what I considered to be a reasonably priced car.
I prefer not to navigate my way through the airport's multi storey rental car lots so K10's meet and greet pick up is ideal for me. Their staff were pleasant and professional and the pick and drop off process was quick and efficient. Not often the case with other rental companies I have used. Altogether a stress free experience.
