The car had lots of scratches and scrapes on it so we were a bit anxious about this. But to be fair they had been well documented by Go By Car and there was no hesitation on its return that it was historic rather than new damage by us.

Everything went according to plan. The vehicle showed a bit of wear and tear to the external paintwork but it drove went and was clean and comfortable. The Hiper staff were very welcoming and efficient.

A really easy process from booking to collecting to returning the car. Instructions at each step were clean and simply communicated via email.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend using this service again.

We have used Centauro for years. They are a short shuttle ride from Palma airport but this makes it easier collecting and dropping off the car.
The staff are very courteous but there is always a wait to collect a car. I like the fact that the shuttle driver notifies the office that you have boarded his bus so you are already registered when you arrive at Centauro. Another member of staff would speed up collecting the car.

Our car was through K10, which were very good!! We didn't get the model we expected, VW T Cross, we received an Opel Mokka, which was fine, and it was Automatic. All in all a very good experience and we would use both Zest and K10 in the future.

We always do our research, but regularly choose Zest for the excellent service provided. We have chosen Drivalia through Zest for the first time this year and used them twice with very good experiences.

Zest were very responsive and when I wanted to change the car drop off times, sorted it out no fuss. The rental company tried to sell their insurance but we had taken out the one from the website zest links to. We had a ding and had to pay the damage on drop off (circa £350) but claimed that back easily enough once home through the insurer. So can recommend on all counts.
