The car I booked was changed for another. Upon arrival it was apparent this was too big to get in our parking space. Record Go staff very obligingly replaced it for a vehicle closer to the car I had originally booked.

Very impressed with Record Go from start to finish. Very friendly staff both during pickup and vehicle return. Given a nearly new car as well which was superb. Highly recommended.

We will only deal with companies again if the insurance cover you provide is accepted at reception without confrontation and a honest appraisal of any damage to the hired vehicle is done upon return. In this instance Dollar were great. Therefore we will deal with them when a vehicle offered through your listings refers to them.

Free 2nd Driver with most of the firms you deal with is ideal. California's laws insist that the Spouse is included on the car's insurance if licenced to be so. Booking via Zest is the best European option!

It was helpful to ask the staff at Hiper to change the screen language of the Peugeot 208 to English so I could understand the prompts on the screen.
I would like a local map showing where the nearest fuel station is. I always fill up at the Repsol station but a map would help me find it and also leave it by the correct route to return to Hiper Depot. I got a bit lost going there this time!

It's the first time that I have used Zest and I did so because of the recommendation from Which.
The whole experience was excellent and everything was very straightforward.
Zest will definitely be my go to for car rental in future.
