First time renting a car so was quite apprehensive as heard a few horror stories! So was very careful when selecting provider. Overall it was a very good experience. Collection was pretty efficient and return was even better. Shuttle bus to and from airport was brilliant, it’s yellow so helps when finding basically come out of the airport and it waits in the far right corner of the car park/ bus park. Would definitely recommend Zest and Hiper. Car was clean damage check done on collection.

Zest and Hiper were great. No up selling of additional insurance at the desk which was refreshing. My advice is to go with the top up excess insurance with Zest and take a copy with you to Hiper, showing you are covered. The car was great and perfect for the 6 of us. Take time stampedphotos of car before you leave for extra piece of mind.

Very prompt service. Very short wait at terminal for shuttle bus, highly efficient handover of car and super quick return of deposit at end of rental. The car was also perfect for our requirements and virtually brand new.
