It was so easy to find the Record desk to go through the paperwork and the car hire process.
Having the car for 2 weeks was great and we were so pleased with the make and model of the cards.
The care return was absolutely fabulous and very well organised.

Overall a very good experience, I would definitely use Zest and Topgear Mobility again. I was pleased with the ease of booking and the ability to take out comprehensive insurance for our hire car in advance. Good communication and stress free experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Vehicle was clean and efficient and was perfect for our weeks holiday. Cost of hiring was also good value. Thanks again hopefully use you again the future.

After reading plenty of reviews of competitor policies such as large deposits and 'scam' like behavior, I found Top Gear.
The rental policy included full insurance, with the option to top up further to protect for loss of keys, mis fueling and damage to the interior. None of those things felt like they applied to us, so kept with the price of full insurance.
There were a couple of marks on the vehicle prior to rental but they were minor. Interior wise there was a spray smear on the driver's side of the windscreen which was distracting but was easily buffed off.
The pick up was made easier by pre loading all of my documents. The drop off even easier, with a quick check of the fuel level and km completed.
All in all a good experience if you are looking for a hassle free rental.
