This was my second time using Zest for our holiday car rental and just like the first time everything was spot on, with all information, contact numbers and country driving tips, all being provided before hand. Thank you all at Zest for providing another stress free online service.

Vehicle had a nasty scratch that neither us or the rental people noticed at time of pick up. We photographed it a few hours later and explained this at drop off and Top Car were very understanding and did not hold us accountable.
Securing funds also returned within 24 hours.

Excellent overall experience. Hertz is easily found in the arrivals hall and we had completed the paperwork before our luggage arrived. Car was low mileage, clean and well presented, and the minor damage was well documented and photographed. Pick up and drop off were both quick and straightforward. We’d happily use Hertz again.
