Very good experience all round, both from Zest (as always) and Centauro. Staff at Centauro were fast and efficient and one kind person helped me to get my very heavy bags into the car. Would highly recommend both companies.

We had an accident resulting in a blow-out and damaged rim.
Autounion were excellent at clearly explaining & keeping us updated on recovery truck process and next steps, as the damaged wheel could not be repaired at the roadside, so needed to tow us to a garage.
Autounion then had a replacement vehicle ready for us to pick up at the garage, despite this being fairy late in the evening.
Autounion were also very clear on the extra damage charges we had to pay for the damage & providing everything we needed to reclaim from our excess insurer.
The Autounion employee we largely dealt with was Matthias- he made the whole experience from the damage as smooth as these things can be..

A lovely lady was waiting at the airport to collect us. She drove us to the office just outside the airport and did the paperwork quickly and efficiently.
Returning the car was quick and easy and she drove us back to the airport.

Very happy with Zest booking service and comprehensive documentation provided . Very pleased to read your latest information about finding the correct car rental desk on arrival.
Previously we have had problems with information supplied saying car rental desk is within the airport but on many occasions that can mean a difficult walk uphill from the terminal building. Clarity about specific location or what to expect in terms of being met, or transferred will be most helpful.
