Best car hire company that I have used in Italy and anywhere to be honest. Will definitely be using you and Autovia again. Glad I checked with Which for car hire and came across yourselves - complete game changer. Have had some rubbish car hire companies in Italy in the not too distant past. I heard about Zest last year whilst in Madeira with glowing recommendations. Consequently I booked via Zest last year for a trip to Italy this year and we were not disappointed. The information provided was straight forward and I received assistance via email as well as when making contact via the telephone; answers were concise and answered my queries. We collected a car from one airport but returned it to another and all went smoothly - we used Enterprise Car Company. I have no hesitation in recommending Zest who provided competitive quotes and important information relating to protecting ourselves safety wise as well as financially.

Amazing service through both Zest and Optimorent. Received a free upgrade on the car. Car was in good condition, noted other scuffs we observed along with Optimorent. Quick check on return of the car. Deposit returned within the day.
