Booking with Zest is always very straightforward. From the initial booking where the process is explained in comprehensive and understandable terms to collecting the car at the proposed destination and to returning the car with clear and detailed instructions.
I will always use Zest for my car hire abroad but also at home if the need arose and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zest to my friends and family.

It was very re-assuring that the price that we paid Zest for the car hire and insurance was all that had to be paid. When collecting the car from Locauto, there was no pressure to buy their insurance and no extra charges appied by them other then a 1 penny charge on credit card for security purposes. Well done both Zest and Locauto. Transparancy throughout and I would definately use them both again

Excellent service. The manual regarding insurance for rental cars abroad was invaluable. It gave me all the information and answered all the questions I had regarding what insurance I required. It also meant my concerns of being confronted at the airport with extra charges were laid to rest.
The car pickup was smooth and hassle free.
One improvement would be a detailed instruction or map to show Alamo Office and pickup point for the car at the Airport. The guys on the desk did give me instructions but a formal guide would be better.
I would definitely recommend Zest to friends and family. They will be my number one choice in the future.
