First time using Italy Car Rent (Pisa) and having read some customer reviews, it felt a little risky. However my concerns were totally unnecessary. The whole experience was excellent, friendly polite and efficient staff and a new car. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

Everything was good. It was great to receive the actual make and model of car I had booked instead of a similar model. Collecting the car was easy and there was no hard sell to purchase additional insurance. When I said I had all I needed they were fine.
ECH checked the vehicle properly when I collected the car and when I returned.
