You answered my query quickly and put my mind to rest regarding the car hire company. One suggestion I would make would be to inform customers regarding problems they may encounter in the countries they are visiting. For example, we were unaware that all the petrol stations near to the airport in Treviso were unmanned and none would accept mine or my partners credit/debit cards. We did not have enough cash to fill the tank completely so had to return the car with the petrol tank partly empty for which we now will be charged a fee for getting the tank filled and top rate for the fuel. A map showing where exactly to return the vehicle would be extremely helpful too.
