Decided to take additional insurance via Zest. Sicily by Car provided the car as requested with no pressure to buy top ups. Deposit was refunded within 2 hours of Car return.

I messed up by bringing an old licence. It was late at night and the person on the desk went above and beyond to ensure we got a vehicle. Something similar has happened to me previously while renting in Italy (a credit card issue) and it cost me a lot of extra money to get a car.
This time the additional cost was negligible. They were extremely helpful and I'm very grateful.

Very happy with Zest again . When our booking was cancelled just before we collected our car Zest very quickly and efficiently found another car with a different company . Extremely helpful, polite and understanding .

Very helpful to see on your website that Autovia allowed travel into Slovenia for a fee.
The Autovia staff member on pickup was excellent and thorough. It was the first time that I have rented a car abroad and they haven’t tried to up sell me insurance

Alamo did not have a manual car as I had booked, but I was told that the automatic car they had would be a free upgrade to a nearly new Toyota CHR Design. I felt confident that I would be able to get used to an automatic (which was actually very easy to adjust to) and was extremely happy with the car and service provided.
The staff were friendly and efficient.

It’s the second time I’ve booked overseas car rental through Zest. I feel it to be a safe and trustworthy platform, and they provide full support should any problems with the rental arise.
