I rang Zest once to check if the Italy Car Rent would accept Amex for the deposit (the answer was yes) and it was simply one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Instantly through to a competent human, who understood the situation immediately, and got back to me the same day. Brilliant!

Possibly the best car hire experience I’ve ever had. No pressure selling on collecting the car, quick, helpful and polite both at reception and in the car park. Convenient location and the car was exactly what I needed. Offered an upgrade but zero pressure. I wish it was always like this ☺️

Zest search and booking process is easy and intuitive. Additional options, such as free additional driver, are a useful cost saver.
We had cause to claim on the excess insurance and the process was excellent. 7 days from submitting claim to being paid.
