Zest is very easy to use and gives great rates. Definitely better than booking through the car companies.

We have used Italy Car Rent before, reason for using Zest Car Rental was the advise provided about the Top-up insurance vs the additional insurance that the rental companies push for in Italy. Using Zest saved me money and was less stressful and being a Which? recommended supplier was peace of mind. I followed your advice on the website and they tried their luck as per usual. Thank you.

I've used several other car rental companies, with a lot of variations in quality and standard, but you really stand out and you provide an excellent, reasonable and friendly service.
OK I didn't get the model I chose, but the alternative was just a enjoyable.

I rang Zest once to check if the Italy Car Rent would accept Amex for the deposit (the answer was yes) and it was simply one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Instantly through to a competent human, who understood the situation immediately, and got back to me the same day. Brilliant!

Possibly the best car hire experience I’ve ever had. No pressure selling on collecting the car, quick, helpful and polite both at reception and in the car park. Convenient location and the car was exactly what I needed. Offered an upgrade but zero pressure. I wish it was always like this ☺️
