I've used several other car rental companies, with a lot of variations in quality and standard, but you really stand out and you provide an excellent, reasonable and friendly service.
OK I didn't get the model I chose, but the alternative was just a enjoyable.

I rang Zest once to check if the Italy Car Rent would accept Amex for the deposit (the answer was yes) and it was simply one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Instantly through to a competent human, who understood the situation immediately, and got back to me the same day. Brilliant!

Possibly the best car hire experience I’ve ever had. No pressure selling on collecting the car, quick, helpful and polite both at reception and in the car park. Convenient location and the car was exactly what I needed. Offered an upgrade but zero pressure. I wish it was always like this ☺️

Brilliant service from both Zezt and Locauto.
Once we found the office at Venice airport which was a little bit of a problem everything was easy and the service fantastic.

Details and conditions were clearly stated, as were responsibilities between Zest and Italy Car Hire. Commencement and vehicle return were pleasant, efficient and straightforward.
