The Zest service was excellent as usual. The same goes for Enterprise, definitely the go to rental company for us. Sadly on this occasion there was a last minute switch of car (same category), which turned out to be in relatively poor condition. Will use Enterprise again anyway because of the excellent staff and no hassle.

Staff at Verona airport were very friendly, helpful and professional. We were shown all dents/damage to the car both on the car and marked on a diagram before we drove away so we were reassured. Zest Top-up insurance was good value and excellent to have it as part of rental contract. The car was in decent condition inside and outside given it's a rental car.
