Given the posted poor reviews of ECH, I was very pleasantly surprised by the service and overall customer care offered.
We're back in September, and will be hiring 2x vehicles then..

The service from Zest Car Rental was superb; they supported me to identify an alternative vehicle when the main driver was no longer able to drive, and I required an automatic instead.
Autovia met with me in the car park as soon I arrived to carry out post hire checks and signed off.
