Staff at Verona airport were very friendly, helpful and professional. We were shown all dents/damage to the car both on the car and marked on a diagram before we drove away so we were reassured. Zest Top-up insurance was good value and excellent to have it as part of rental contract. The car was in decent condition inside and outside given it's a rental car.

Fantastic company to use. I booked online and when the airline advised the flight was brought forward there was no issue in amending. Then on arrival at the airport the flight was then delayed. Zest contacted Italy Car Rental to advise of this. On arriving to the hire desk the staff were pleasant and informative even advising us to take video/photos of the car before and after. We returned the car and within 5 minutes of parking it was inspected and the security deposit was refunded to the credit card. Fabulous experience and highly recommend Zest.
