This is the second time that we have used Masterkings and will continue to use them. They offer good value and on site pick up. Service is quick. Vehicles are used but perfectly functional and meet the needs of a short holiday.

Very pleased with overall experience and the staff were friendly and helpful. First time I haven't been badgered to take out additional insurance. Customer service was excellent when I wanted to make a late adjustment to the return time.
