All dealings with Zest customer service in the UK have been exceptional. When my flights were cancelled and I had to change my car booking there were no issues with this at all and the very helpful customer service agent had our booking cancelled and rebooked in no time, we also received a refund for the unused days on the previous booking and this hit my account within a day or two. Everyone I have spoke to at Zest have been extremely helpful and happy to help - an exceptional company.
