Great economical and friendly service at Faro. The pickup at airport was quick and the team at the centre were friendly. My car was not ready but they upgraded me
The team also took the time to help change the language on the infotainment system from French to English

This is our second time using Zest.
I don't think we'll use any other car rental provider.
Everything is clear, no hidden costs, great cancellation policy - really happy with service and all round provision.

Great service from the car rental company, car we hired was a fiat panda which was adequate for 2adults. Information we received before arriving at Faro airport was good and informative. We dropped the car back out of hours due to our early morning flight, so no one was able to check the car on return. Email since didn’t find anything untoward.

The only issue was locating the booth at the end of P4 (Faro airport) in the parking lot. Possibly I missed the instructions in the documentation...
But overall an excellent car hire experience (first time using Zest and Masterkings), from amending a reservation, collecting and returning the car. Will definitely recommend Zest to friends and family.

Master king is on the airport so pick up / drop off is easy. Paperwork was straight forward, no attempt to sell additional insurance on collection, car was clean and new with cruise control and Apple play for sat nav 😊
