I had a problem just before setting off for Portugal. My credit card had to be cancelled and a new one wouldn't arrive in time to use to pay for the local charges. Zest swapped the booking from me to my wife who had a valid card. All worked well at the airport and saved us from being unable to collect our car. Brilliant service from Zest as usual.

I had to contact Zest on the day of our departure from Faro airport as I had lost the car keys. This occurred at 07.15 hrs for a return flight at 11.10hrs. I rang Zest's 24 hr phone support at 07.25hrs to explain our predicament. The service I received from your employee ( Paul Stewart) was exemplary. He took ownership of the issue and said he would make all the necessary arrangements with Masterkings to retrieve the vehicle from our hotel in Cabanas, Tavira. I must admit that we were somewhat panicky at that time due to the time constraints we had to meet our flight home. However Paul made us feel better due to his calmness and professionalism in dealing with our problem. we were able to meet our flight and got home safely.
Many thanks to Zest and especially to Paul. We have used Zest and previously Economy Car Hire for quite a number of years and will continue to do so. We also advise family and friends of the excellent service provided by Zest and will tell them of our recent experience, and also encourage them to take out your top-up insurance as we always do.

Everything went very smoothly from collection to drop off. The car had a few very minor scratches on the paint work but the paperwork provided showed all of these. The car was very clean and tidy and drove perfectly. Customer service was very good. Would definitely use them again.
