We arrived when it was very windy and horizontal rain so had to wait for Bruno the rep to get to us. Not a problem as we wouldn’t have gone out anyway!

Before collecting the vehicle gentleman (think his name is Bruno) called me and said he would take us to the depot in the van due to torrential rain. Whole process took just a couple of minutes. Very friendly and efficient staff
