What can I say - for the last number of years I have always found you service to be very good/excellent
This year May I commend you customer staff member Jake Bone who went beyond the norm in helping me with a small matter. Due to personal circumstances I needed to return the car on the 10th January as opposed to the 17 th. I rang your help line which was answered by Jake within a couple of rings - he was very supportive and said h that in addition to sorting out the change in return date and time he would do his best to sort out a refund for the second week - he was back within an hour with everything including a refund for the second week - which arrived in my account the following day . Now that is some service. Many thanks to all concerned especially Jake - see you again in May 👍🫶
