This visit had the potential to be a disaster as my wife and I had both believed the other had booked the car. The reality that neither of us had done so hit us when we were in the aircraft boarding queue. However thanks to the calm, very speedy and effective efficiency of your colleague Lara we retrieved the moment with a literally last second booking with the payment link being confirmed as I was walking up the stairs of the aircraft.
