Unusual circumstances. A/C on first rental not working. Phoned Zest and they agreed a replacement which was supplied by Masterkings. Very satisfactory after a little chat in P4 airport, Faro. In the intense heat a working A/C was essential. Thank you

I particularly liked the idea that when I returned the vehicle someone accompanied me to check the vehicle over for any damage or scratches. They then signed it off if everything was in order

Very happy with service. A small dent was discovered when I returned from a restaurant. The telephone back up received when I reported this issue was excellent.
