I think this is the fourth time I have now used Zest and everything has been spot on and the communication is second to none. The companies I have been allocated to use have all been excellent. The last, drive on holidays I would say has been the best for overall experience.

Use masterkings every time we are in faro which is at least 8 + times a year. They are excellent.
We are never disappointed with the cars or customer service.

Got there and Samanta was working on her own on the counter managing the pick ups and drop offs of the rental cars with a smile on her face and very polite. It wasn't crazy busy as would probably be in summer as I went in February school half term but it was fairly full as they share the place with other rental companies. It was really straight forward, no hidden fees or trying to sale silly insurance for the car, in fact, she said the insurance that I've purchased through Zest Car Rentals it was the best one so I was really happy with it. The deposit that they ask on the credit car it was also as it said on the Zest web page. To be honest, I was a bit worried about the deposit as I only had a bit more funds available on the credit card than what was saying on the Zest web page but it was exactly what it said, no more no less and 2 days later I had the refund back on the credit card. I'm really happy with the service. Totally recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definately use again. The only thing I would suggest is telling customers they have to email the Zest Voucher to the car hire company in advance as I had trouble with my phones data and was unable to email them. It was only because of a Portuguese resident that I was able to successfully email them.
Can't believe how smooth the whole experience was and how much cheaper it was through Zest.

Filling my details on line really speeded up the process. The rep I met was very efficient even when I turned up half an hour early. He asked questions about my travel, and informed me I would not need a toll transponder for that area, thus saving me money. Excellent service.
