The guy who we collected the car from was superb . He took us to the car and spent 10 minutes with us to fit the car seat for our Grandchild . During that time he was polite and very personable.
This was absolutely the thing that differentiated the hire .
I do think there should be someone available when the car is returned OR a better procedure than leave the keys in the glovebox , this feels wrong .
At the very minimum have a “BOX” near where you collect the cars from to drop the keys into .

Overall very good value for a 3 week car hire. Car was in good condition, it did have a dint which we filmed on pickup and had no issues on the return. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
