1st time using Zest as I am usually an Alamo customer. Excellent all round and would definitely use again

Working with Zest was efficient and easy, and price was substantially less than than renting directly with car rental company. Zest was also available and responsive when I called to discuss question I had about process.
Only issue is that Drive 4 Fun provided car that was only had quarter tank of gas.

The car we hired was in excellent condition both inside and out.
The Masterkings rep advised us to take pictures or a video, to satisfy ourselves of its condition.
He did not come with us to check the car over....it was extremely busy at the reception area. It took me a while to realise that there were reps from a number of car hire companies all in a line under the same roof and I queued for a while for the wrong firm!
The return of the car was very easy because I knew where to go and stand, there was only one person ahead of me and the rep was very efficient.
He came to inspect the car, thanked me for my custom and that was that!
While on holiday, I had met a couple of people who told horror stories of hire companies asking ridiculous amounts of money to repair scratches, with one man saying it was cheaper to get the car fixed himself before taking it back to the company!
No such thing with Masterkings!
Would definitely use them and Zest again!

Amazing service efficient, car was perfect and price very good for a week.
My only grumble was the return on the document it said return to Faro Airport which caused a bit of stress as worried we would be billed for late return, as it was we got there in time.
All the staff are brilliant at check in and check out.
Will definitely use again :)

Overall a great rental, Rent Car 4 Less staff phoned as soon as we got off the plane. Car in car park within minutes.

Friendly and efficient service . Had opted for the extra insurance cover through Zest and Drive 4 Fun Did not try to sell extra cover locally, which was a welcome relief as other companies try to do this which can be frustrating.
Good value and good service - very happy.
