Very easy booking. Collection and return was very straightforward.
Good clear instructions prior and by the staff.
Although not the car we ordered ( Seat Ibiza) the booking did say "or similar " and the Citroën C3 "aero" we had was a more than acceptable replacement.
Very good service all round , simple and easy and would deffo use again.

The original car broke down and the fast response to collect it was impressive. They also sent a taxi to take us back to the airport where a replacement car was ready for us to collect.
