A number of minor damage items were missing from the rental form and had to be identified prior to taking the car. On returning the car the checking back inspection was very thorough and detailed so pleased I had taken the time to inspect the car at the start of the rental period. Car was new with low mileage and clean. Drop off and collection were easy from a car park at the far side of the airport. Collection process took about 15mins, with no hard sell to upgrade insurances etc.

Car collection was via a shuttle that required around a 10 minute wait but from there the overall experience was very good and drop off was very straight forward. The vehicle was great and would definitely use EPI again
