All in all I am satisfied. The service by Masterkings was very good and Zest are an excellent broker to deal with. The car was great to drive but had quite a few bumps and scrapes on the body work. Had to take lots of photos and videos before driving away to cover ourselves.
I would definitely use Zest and Masterkings again and would also be happy to recommend both.

Which? recommended Zest Car Rental and in turn Zest recommended Masterkings. Peace of mind car hire in a foreign land doesn't come much better than this. Brilliant from start to finish.

I find booking car hire through Zest is easy and dealing with a company based in the UK is so reassuring. Apart from a delay in bringing the hire car to the TravelRent office, the transaction went very smoothly at the airport and the vehicle return was very quick and efficient. When the agent saw me videoing the car on return he said, 'when I see a camera I know the car is perfect'.
