It was the first time I used the services of Zest. I am pleasantly surprised by the high level of service. the information received was complete and understandable. the option of the top up insurance was great and avoided the well know discussion with the car rental company. Two questions I posed were answered immediately and the answers were very helpful. After returning the car I received an email with "closing" comments and advice. overall very good service and great communication.

The representative at Masterkings was great. We were late getting through passport control and he had a long wait for us! He kept in contact all the time. All his directions for our onward journey were very useful and he gave us some tourist information for when we visited Lisbon. Dropping off the car was quick and easy, premises very clean and would thoroughly recommend.

I would like to express my thanks to the person who met us at the airport when we arrived to collect the car and that same person who met us to return it. His customer service goes beyond excellent and he needs to be personally congratulated. Not only did he wait an extended period when we landed due to exceptional delays in passport control where we heard that other car rental companies had left the airport. He waiting for us at the entrance to the car park we had been instructed to return it to making it so easy for the collection. We had an issue with the toll bridge and he took it upon himself to resolve that for us. He was kind, understanding and very friendly . I would recommend Zest to anyone for the ease of booking and completion and Rent Auto for the experience we had with them and look forward to using both in the future.

First time renting a car abroad in Portugal. Was apprehensive reading horror story reviews on trustpilot of most of the big rental companies! Rent Car 4 Less were very clear with communication, vehicle in impeccable condition. No funny business / hidden charges whatsoever. Their member of staff was very chilled guy named Vinicius who was a big help, when we returned the car he was very polite and it all went smoothly. They didn't have a service desk in the airport, instead paperwork was done on a tablet by the car. Company was also very easy to contact on WhatsApp if I had any queries. 5 stars would rent from them again. Zest also was very good service and supported with clear emails about what to expect.
