Have used zest car rentals for a number of years and never had a poor deal. Everything very well organised from booking through to collecting car. Great customer service with regular contact from booking through to collection with updates and what to prepare for. Brilliant service.

I'd recommend Zest as your next go-to rental car company. Easy to reserve a car on-line. Pick-up shuttle to the car company was timely, and drop-off was the same. In particular, Fabio, customer service agent, was friendly, and very helpful with the details of the rental and its costs.

Excellent service as always. Masterkings are great and I always pick them or Travelrent via you in Portugal. I usually fly in to faro which is easier for picking up cars. In Lisbon had to call them to come to the terminal, wait for their mini bus and get driven to depot but that’s not their fault. Everything else was great

The service was exceptional, as well as the car that was provided. Customer service was also A++, shout out to our representative Fabio, who was professional, attentive and informative. As our departure flight was early in the morning, we had to drop the car off at 6am and Fabio called the day prior to reconfirm and was there when we arrived. This was our first time renting with you but will not be the last. Thank you!!

We had a late arrival and Masterkings rep was available when we arrived to take us to the depo.
Very friendly and efficient, car had some very slight damage (marks) but all marked off on check sheet. All ok on return and taken back to airport in good time, generally very pleased with service, would certainly use again.
