Having used other companies over the years we have found both Zest and Masterkings to be the best in every aspect.
Masterkings are always helpful and friendly and we will continue to use them whenever we need to hire a car.

We were very impressed with Waygo in Lisbon. Speedy collection, fast paperwork, speedy return, polite, pleasant staff and above all- excellent prices. We would definitely use Waygo again.

Setting up the rental was smooth. I was a little nervous about renting through an agency but in the end it worked great. We got a car from Rent Auto and the reviews online were accurate as far as our rental. We met the representative at the airport parking garage and she was very professional. We checked the car thoroughly for damage and took a video record. The car was a newer model ford station wagon in great condition.Drop off at different airport went smooth as well. I would have no concerns renting through Zest again.

The vehicle did have some damage when we picked it up but the service was fantastic. This was our second time using Masterkings and would 100% use again!

EPI Rental are not part of the mainstream rental groups at Lisbon International and do not have an office, so finding them is a bit ‘ hit and miss’ but worked okay in the end, particularly at the return stage.
I would use Zest and EPI again.

We were originally given a new beautiful car but we noticed the a/c wasn't working. They scrambled to get us another one. Good service!
Then when we returned it we had trouble getting an Uber they were wonderful helping us secure one.
