The car was great, just what we wanted. Masterkings were very helpful, their offices and garage was spotlessly clean, and the shuttle to the airport was quick and on time. I have no complaints at this stage at all.

We regularly travel to Portugal and have booked through Zest and used Masterkings on the last few trips we've made.
We will use both Zest & Masterkings for all future trips. The staff at Masterkings are always friendly and welcoming.

Great service from Zest and EPI. Usually find picking up and returning rental cars a rather stressful experience, often with issues regarding pressure to take out additional expensive insurance and unrecorded existing damage to the hire car. No such problems with Zest, the EPI representative reassured us that we were fully covered with the top up insurance we had.
