Overall had no complaints with the rental, was phoned on arrival and picked up just outside arrivals after about five minutes and taken to the office. As I was the only one there it was a quick process to pick up the car, everything was explained and I was invited to inspect the car to acknowledge any small scratches etc. which were documented on the paperwork. Excellent service.

The Masterkings team were friendly, efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Communications were excellent and shuttle service very quick.

So glad to have finally found the perfect way to rent a car without the normal over selling when done through the individual hire companies . With the added bonus of an extra driver as standard. Seamless experience. Will always use. Told my family members and they have used since with the same outcome. Perfect 👌
