Car (Skoda Kamiq) was brand new, not a mark on it; we were upgraded to an automatic car which was also good. Pleasingly, no hard sell when we got there and the assistant (who checked us in and out) was excellent. Delay with the minibus getting us back to the airport made for a rush once at the terminal, but other than that, all good.

All arrangements and costs were as stated at the time of booking. Masterkings were brilliant, good coms and punctual, the staff spoke perfect English and they were very polite and helpful. The vehicle provided was better than expected which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!
