Masterkings Lisbon were fantastic. Very friendly service, didn't try to upsell anything, explained all of the terms throughly. Checked the car over with me and marked everything down before handing over the keys. So refreshing to receive a professional service from a car rental company. Would not hesitate to use again.

Waygo were fantastic. My elderly parents got lost returning the car to Waygo in Lisbon and a member of staff went out to meet them so that they could follow their car back. There was no charge for this support. They helped us through what was a very stressful situation. I couldn't be more grateful to them.

I've been renting from Masterkings for a couple of years now and their customer service is second-to-none. Picking up and returning the car was very fast and communication with Masterkings' employees was super-friendly and efficient. A special thank-you to the member of staff who drove us to the airport immediately when returning the car so as we would still catch our flight, despite having been delayed due to accidents and very heavy traffic on the motorway beforehand. Five star service!

Had a brand new Seat Leon fully equipped which was really nice. Pick up and return was super easy even though my flight got rescheduled and my pick was out of office time. Shuttle from the airport to the car rental worked perfect.
Service from Drive on Holidays was fast and easy, I can highly recommend it.
