Zest made the rental very easy. Everything was straightforward and as described. The rental company didn’t even mention any additional insurance needs or any change to the deposit. I think Zest has some pull with these companies. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Staff were incredibly friendly and prompt. Super quick and efficient while explaining all the rental details. The shuttle service to and from airport was perfect and very convenient. The car was clean and working optimally. Five star service would definitely recommend and use again myself! Thank you!

Your organization is 10 stars!!!! EXCEPTIONAL customer service! We arrived in Lisbon and from the pick up at the airport to to returning the car at the end of our vacation, everything went smoothly. The staff were professional, responsive and very helpful. Returning later than anticipated, we reached out and received an instant response assuring us a later return was not an issue (and at no extra cost). There were no hidden fees and your prices are AMAZING!!!!! This was our first experience with Zest/Masterkings and we will ALWAYS use and recommend your organization again in the future! I have rented cars through yourselves with Rent Car 4 Less for many years now - I do not use any other provider - simply because both yourselves and them give me a 1st class service. My husband is 82 has a problem with walking and has to use a stick, and they get the car as close to him as possible when we collect and return. We had a slight accident with the vehicle on our May hire and it was dealt with very promptly.
We would not hire from any other company.

This was our first time renting through Zest and I'll have to admit, we were a little apprehensive. But everything went very smoothly both with pick-up and drop-off and the best part is that everyone we dealt with was so helpful and nice. We'll rent through Zest again. You can't beat the price.
