We regularly travel to Portugal and have booked through Zest and used Masterkings on the last few trips we've made.
We will use both Zest & Masterkings for all future trips. The staff at Masterkings are always friendly and welcoming.

Great service from Zest and EPI. Usually find picking up and returning rental cars a rather stressful experience, often with issues regarding pressure to take out additional expensive insurance and unrecorded existing damage to the hire car. No such problems with Zest, the EPI representative reassured us that we were fully covered with the top up insurance we had.

Very good service from start to finish! No deposit required, really unique and that’s what initially drew us to this company. The chap who helped us receive and drop off the car (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was really helpful and efficient - would use again no hesitation.

Our experience with Zest was excellent. Great communication, everything worked perfectly. The vehicle we received from Rent Auto was not the same one we booked, but it worked well enough. We would have appreciated getting the car we booked but no other complaints. Overall a great experience and will definitely use Zest again.
