Masterkings were friendly with clean and new cars, it was a good straight forward service with nice staff.

Flying in from the US, we have always used "big name" car rental companies, but decided we were tired of waiting in lines for sometimes up to 2 hours! I was very happy with Rent Auto, they were fair, very easy to communicate with (just some standard paperwork in the lobby) and then showed us out to the car. We were on the road under 15-20 minutes. We were delayed on our return the Rent Auto person offered to meet us at the hotel right be the airport. It was simple, we appreciated the extra service. I would rent through Rent Auto and Zest again.

We found this car rental very easy to use from the booking to the easy meet and greet at arrivals. There was a relative short walk into the main car park where we were shown our car - within 10 minutes we were driving the vehicle out of the parking garage. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing service - easy to use and clear booking system - quick and easy on time pick up and drop off from airport - no unexpected additional charges - car clean and in excellent condition - best car hire I have ever used over a 30 year period

Masterkings Lisbon were fantastic. Very friendly service, didn't try to upsell anything, explained all of the terms throughly. Checked the car over with me and marked everything down before handing over the keys. So refreshing to receive a professional service from a car rental company. Would not hesitate to use again.

Waygo were fantastic. My elderly parents got lost returning the car to Waygo in Lisbon and a member of staff went out to meet them so that they could follow their car back. There was no charge for this support. They helped us through what was a very stressful situation. I couldn't be more grateful to them.
