We read so many bad things about renting cars in Europe but everything went perfectly. I am unsure if it was because Zest have bargaining power or if it would have been that good anyway but it seems that Zest have negotiated better deals around extra drivers and insurance bond etc so I would definitely go through them again. Our car was from Rent Auto and they were at Lisbon airport to meet us at the agreed pick up and drop off time. The car wasn't what we ordered but was from the higher price category and had only done 27,000km so happy enough. They didn't seem like they were being fussy looking for stone chips etc. We were very pleased with the whole experience. There is no way we could have seen what we did in the time we did without a car so highly recommend it.

I was very pleased with my rental car. The price was very reasonable, with great service from both Zest and CRC. I have already recommended them to other people.

The rental was good value and the service from Zest and Rent Auto was excellent. The vehicle was approximately 6 months old, was clean and well prepared and was in very good condition apart from a little minor damage to bodywork from previous use.

This was my first time using Zest and I am very impressed with the whole process. We got our car through Rent Auto in Portugal and it was the best car rental experience I have ever had - would definitely use Zest again.
