A couple of very minor hiccups which were rapidly resolved. The way Zest and the provider dealt promptly and efficiently with these actually highlighted the superb level of service - if you have any problem it will be sorted!

Over all, I liked the entire car rental process through Zest, as well as Centauro. The website is very explanatory and easy to join and rent a car. The service at Centauro in general, taking into account the good quality of the vehicle that corresponded to the description, as well as the service, friendliness and experience of the costumer service agents was excellent. The service received from both Zest in the UK and particularly Amoita/Rent A Car for Less in Lisbon was excellent. I was in regular contact with Debora from Amoita via WhatsApp for airport collection and delivery and all arrangements were seamless. Debora was very polite, helpful and reliable. Thank you for a stress free rental.
