Car hire through Zest is stress free. Having hired cars over 50 times from Lisbon Airport my experience has been to say extremely mixed. The cheapest up front are not the cheapest at the end. Pressure selling of extras and penalties for damage clearly pre hire are a disgrace. Even though we have our own insurance we will go to Zest first for peace of mind. I recommend Zest and their chosen car hire company who offer meet and greet and collection / return at the short term car park. This has saved me hours over on airport or bus transfer.

We drove this vehicle for almost 4 weeks and were very comfortable. It was large enough for 4 people with carry-on luggage and yet small enough to maneuver the small streets in the older sections of villages and cities. The customer service was friendly and efficient on both pick up and return. We will be using this rental company again. Thank you Masterkings.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my rental experience from the pick up at the Lisbon airport to my return 5 weeks later. Midway in my rental period I stopped in at Masterkings to ask a few questions re tolls and to get my windshield cleaned-they washed the whole car.

The ladies who met us at Lisbon airport and processed vehicle for us were excellent. Very busy but calm under pressure.
The car was clean and ran well but struggled a bit on hills, Fiat Panda, but it got us around the Algarve, used little fuel and was a good price so what more can you ask?
Will definitely use Zest again and recommend Masterkings in Lisbon.
