Provider was located off Lisbon airport but only 5 minute mini bus shuttle away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car model as specified, a little scratched and dented but nothing too untidy. Quick turnaround at drop off and taken to airport straight away. Would use again.

The staff were very friendly and I also had an upgrade on the model. The pick up was OK as I was in no hurry but they made the drop off and trip to the airport very quick as we were in a bit of a rush to check in after some delays on the road. Very much appreciated
