By far the best service we have ever received when using a rental car. Zest were on hand with supporting a small issue we had and returned calls promptly. Drive on Holidays were efficient and speedy with both collection to and from the airport and when processing paperwork. The deposit was reasonable, there was no extra charge for additional drivers and no other hidden charges. Great experience all round!

Both booking and picking up car were very straightforward and with none of those tiresome attempts to get you to buy more insurance which leave you unsure about what is insured and what isn't. Nicest experience I've had picking up a car.

I found the car rental company to be honest and open. They told me to take photos or videos of the car at the start of the rental to avoid any possible problems about the condition of the car at the end of the rental. They were also straight forward about insurance. They saw that I took out supplemental insurance with Zest and acknowledged that I did not need to take out their insurance. They were also straight forward about their charges. I had a positive experience with everyone at Drive on Holidays and Zest.
