Delayed flight out and concern as to whether Hertz office would be open. Called Zest and spoke to Paul out of hours. Most helpful although he was not able to contact Hertz to check, he did reassure me. Office was open on arrival and we were collected, handed car and away all with in 40 mins, very good service at 01:00hrs!!!

Zest have been incredibly helpful in accommodating adjustments to our rental car booking, from my initial error in the dates requested, to changes we made in where we wanted to drop the car off. First time using Zest and it was an excellent experience.
