I found the car rental company to be honest and open. They told me to take photos or videos of the car at the start of the rental to avoid any possible problems about the condition of the car at the end of the rental. They were also straight forward about insurance. They saw that I took out supplemental insurance with Zest and acknowledged that I did not need to take out their insurance. They were also straight forward about their charges. I had a positive experience with everyone at Drive on Holidays and Zest.

Excellent service all round. Good email communications from Zest. Immaculate premises at Drive on Holidays, no waiting, lots of helpful staff. Best car hire company we’ve used.
