We arrived late but still there were two members of staff working, so no waiting time.
The agent was friendly and knowledgeable.
The whole process did not take more than 15 minutes.

I felt that I had all the information I needed from Zest to go ahead confidently with my car rental and I was pleased that I was not put under any pressure to accept additional charges at the point of renting.

We always look to book through you and only investigate other providers in the rare instances you do not cover a location or type of vehicle we require. We have never been disappointed and your service when we have needed to amend a booking has been outstanding. I always feel you are on our side in getting the best for your customers.

We had a slight problem finding Keddy at the airport because I hadn't realised that the service was provided by Europcar.
The deposit required was larger than anticipated as was the amount of liability we incurred.
I raise these issues with Zest and received a swift and reassuring reply.
The car we received was a bit scratched but all the damage was recorded and the return of the car went very smoothly.
The car drove well and we were very pleased overall.
I found Zest to be very helpful and I should read instructions more closely.

The first car I was given overheated. I took it back and within 5 mins given an upgraded car. Very good customer service in the Barajas airport office with understanding and friendly staff. What was a a real set back turned into an excellent hire with a very superior car
