We had a slight problem finding Keddy at the airport because I hadn't realised that the service was provided by Europcar.
The deposit required was larger than anticipated as was the amount of liability we incurred.
I raise these issues with Zest and received a swift and reassuring reply.
The car we received was a bit scratched but all the damage was recorded and the return of the car went very smoothly.
The car drove well and we were very pleased overall.
I found Zest to be very helpful and I should read instructions more closely.

The first car I was given overheated. I took it back and within 5 mins given an upgraded car. Very good customer service in the Barajas airport office with understanding and friendly staff. What was a a real set back turned into an excellent hire with a very superior car
