No issues at all with Drivalia or Zest, the whole experience was relatively stress free and easy - not something you can often say about foreign car hire

There was a bit of delay of getting picked up by the minibus at the airport. After this delay of 10 minutes everything else was excellent.

Zest was brilliant as usual, showing rates, recommendations and types of vehicles. Drivalia were there to pick us up at the meeting point. Really friendly service at the desk, explained extra insurance options and did not push when they were told we were fully insured already. Car was good, not 100% sure the petrol tank was full even though we were told it was full as we needed to fill up with €60 of unleaded the following day but we will learn from that as modern cars show fuel levels differently from our older cars!
