Apart from Centauro being very busy upon arrival all went smoothly and the service and vehicle supplied were excellent. We will certainly use you again next May, if not before.

So happy with the service I was provided. It was my first time driving abroad and was nervous about doing so after hearing what renting a car abroad could be like from my family. However I had such and easy, great and painless experience with both Zest and Go by Car. It was easy to book and everything was explain perfectly on the website. They give you an emergency contact number that’s 24hr that filled me with reassurance if I was to have a problem when I got there. When I got Go by Car they was super polite and easy to deal with explain everything to me and didn’t try and sell my anything because Zest had clearly made them aware I had all the insurance I needed. The car I was provided was in perfect condition and was in and out of the Go by Car parking area within 10 minutes after signing the contract and same when returning the vehicle.
Great experience overall would highly recommend to anyone wanting to drive abroad. Will 100% be coming back to use the service in the future.

I was a little dubious about how the off-airport collection would work, but it was extremely straightforward. The staff at Drivalia were courteous and helpful. I would certainly use Zest again to book a hire car.
