Easy to find counter in Chicago and the desk attendant was very helpful and we got a few extras at not an extortionate price. Very happy with overall service, the car was excellent for our short trip to USA would definitely use Thrifty again.

I was delayed 2 days flying to the States & again 3 hours on my final leg to the States. Zest were available even on a Sunday to notify the rental car company in Chicago. They even reduced my rental fee by 2 days before I requested it. Excellent service.

I have booked rental cars through Zest twice this summer, in Portugal and the US (Chicago), and everything has gone very smoothly each time. The service from Zest has been excellent and also from the companies they used (Luzcar in Portugal and Alamo). The cars supplied were exactly what we ordered, clean and in good condition. I would recommend Zest and will be using them again.
