Rent a car and drive 90 minutes to Birmingham, Alabama. Birmingham is the cultural and entertainment capital of Alabama with numerous art galleries in the area including the Birmingham Museum of Art.
If you take your hire car and drive to the north west of Atlanta you will come to Chattanooga in less than two hours. Chattanooga is the fourth-largest city of Tennessee; it offers many attractions that include the Tennessee Aquarium, caverns and new waterfront attractions along and across the Tennessee River.
